RF StateSide, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to safeguarding your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. This policy applies to our website (www.rfstateside.com) and to retained account, community, contact, and historical transaction records. Online purchasing is retired.

  • Essential Cookies: login/session and form security cookies. The public site no longer creates guest cart cookies.

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

Stripe and Shippo integrations are dormant. The current website does not process new payments or buy shipping labels.

We use Stripe to securely process credit card payments. RF StateSide does not store or access your full credit card number. Stripe collects payment details directly as part of checkout and handles:

B. Shippo (Shipping & Labeling)

We use Shippo to generate shipping labels and calculate shipping rates. To fulfill your order, we share:

  • Name
  • Shipping address
  • Phone number (if required by the carrier)

4. Cookies and Session Data

Our website uses minimal cookies to support essential features such as:

  • Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing algorithms.
  • Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe.

While no system is perfectly secure, we follow industry best practices to protect your data.

  • Order history is retained for accounting, warranty, and download access.
  • Shipping information is retained with your order record.
  • Digital download records may be retained to verify license ownership.
  • You may request deletion of your account, subject to legal/financial record-keeping requirements.

  • Stripe (payment processing)
  • Shippo (shipping and delivery)
  • Couriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx
  • Service providers assisting with hosting or security

We do not share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.
