A. Product Availability

C. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. RF StateSide, LLC does not store or have access to your full credit card information.

By placing an order, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method provided.

D. Shipping & Fulfillment

Physical products are shipped using carriers made available through our partner Shippo. Shipping rates, delivery windows, and carrier services displayed during checkout are provided directly by Shippo.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or carrier errors.

E. Digital Products & Downloads

Digital products (including software, firmware, and downloadable files) are delivered electronically. Access is granted to the account used at purchase time.

Digital products are licensed, not sold. You receive a personal, non-transferable license for your own use.

F. Order Cancellation

Orders for physical goods may be canceled before shipping. Digital product orders are typically not cancellable once download access has been granted.

5. Returns & Refunds

A. Physical Products

Returns may be accepted for unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective.
Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned product.

B. Digital Products

Because digital items cannot be “returned,” all digital product sales (software, firmware, downloads) are final.

6. Acceptable Use
