Overview

RaySspaController provides complete control and protection for high‑power LDMOS amplifier systems. It scales from one RF deck to four, with independent bias switching, current sensing, SWR/over‑drive protection, and temperature‑based fan control.

Limits, module count, and calibration are adjustable from a hidden manufacturer screen. Manufacturer configuration can also be preloaded from SD for fast provisioning.

Designed for local and remote operation via serial or TCP/IP, ideal for modern SSPA builds and remote stations.

  • Single system board integrates cleanly with RF StateSide modules or 3rd‑party gear
  • RayCoupler: RF forward/reflected power + hardware interrupts
  • RayRigAntSw: radio & antenna selection; separate PTTs per radio
  • RayRailSwSense: switching & current sensing (≤35 A) for LDMOS drain voltage
