RaySspaController
Teensy-based solid-state power amplifier controller for 1–4 LDMOS modules with per-module bias, fast protection, and temperature-aware fan management via a Nextion touch UI. Includes serial and TCP/IP remote interfaces.
Overview
RaySspaController provides complete control and protection for high‑power LDMOS amplifier systems. It scales from one RF deck to four, with independent bias switching, current sensing, SWR/over‑drive protection, and temperature‑based fan control.
Limits, module count, and calibration are adjustable from a hidden manufacturer screen. Manufacturer configuration can also be preloaded from SD for fast provisioning.
Designed for local and remote operation via serial or TCP/IP, ideal for modern SSPA builds and remote stations.
