1. Introduction
At RF StateSide, LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refunds & Returns Policy explains how refunds, returns, and exchanges are handled for physical products, digital products, and software sold through our online store.
2. Physical Product Returns
A. Eligibility
You may request a return for eligible physical items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- All accessories, packaging, and documentation must be included.
- The product must not show signs of installation, modification, or damage.
B. Non-returnable Physical Products
- Customized or special-order hardware
- Items damaged due to incorrect wiring, improper RF loading, or misuse
- Components that have been soldered, powered, or altered
C. Return Shipping
- If the item is defective or the wrong product was shipped, we cover return shipping.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
D. Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.
- Shipping charges (original or return) are not refundable unless the product was defective.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If a product arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos of the problem (if applicable)
We will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
4. Digital Products, Software & Downloads
Digital products—including software, firmware, configuration files, digital downloads, and activation keys—are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Access to digital products is granted immediately upon purchase.
- Once a download link has been issued or activated, the sale is final.
- Licenses, activation codes, or downloadable content cannot be deactivated or returned.

5. Order Cancellation
A. Physical Goods
Orders for physical products may be cancelled before the order ships. After shipping, the order is subject to the Return Policy above.
B. Digital Goods
Orders for digital items cannot be cancelled once:
- The file has been downloaded, or
- Access to the digital product has been granted
6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure that the shipping address you enter is accurate. RF StateSide, LLC is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Unclaimed packages
- Carrier delays outside our control
7. Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered for defective or incorrect items. For non-defective items, exchanges are handled as a return + new purchase.
8. Warranty Information
Unless otherwise stated, RF StateSide products are sold as-is with no extended warranty. Some electronic products may include a limited warranty as stated on the product page.
Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect wiring, excessive RF power, over-voltage, overheating, or modification is not covered.
