Shipping Policy

1. General

This Shipping Policy explains how orders from RF StateSide, LLC are processed, packed, and delivered. It applies to physical products purchased through our online store at www.rfstateside.com.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Custom builds, special-order items, or pre-order products may have longer lead times, which we will note on the product page or in your order confirmation when possible.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

RF StateSide uses Shippo to obtain real-time shipping rates and generate labels. Depending on your location and selected service at checkout, your order may ship via:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • Other carriers made available through Shippo for your destination

Available shipping options, estimated delivery windows, and prices are shown during checkout and are based on information returned by Shippo.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Addresses within the United States
  • Limited international destinations, as displayed at checkout when shipping rates are available for your country or region

If your location is not available at checkout and you are interested in RF StateSide products, please contact us and we will let you know if we can accommodate your order.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service.
  • Carrier options and rates displayed at checkout are provided via Shippo’s rate API.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless an error was made on our part or the product is determined to be defective.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will typically receive a tracking number by email.
  • Tracking information is provided by the carrier and may take some time to update after shipment.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. RF StateSide, LLC is not responsible for:

  • Packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Additional costs incurred for address corrections or re-shipping

If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update it.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Once an order leaves our facility and is scanned by the carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to the shipping carrier.

  • Delivery delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs, or other external factors are outside our control.
  • If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage (photos) and contact us promptly so we can work with you on next steps.

9. International Shipping

For international orders to supported destinations:

  • Customs, duties, VAT, or import fees may be charged by your local authorities.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected or controlled by RF StateSide, LLC.
  • International delivery times can vary based on customs processing and local carrier performance.

We recommend checking your local regulations and potential import costs before placing an order.

10. Digital Products

Digital products (software, firmware, and downloads) are delivered electronically to your RF StateSide account, not shipped physically. You will typically receive:

  • Access to a downloads section under your account, or
  • A secure link sent by email

11. Changes to This Shipping Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the site and store after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
